The brief
We had the opportunity to design the Branding and Website for Yannick from LYNK People. This is the go-to business partner for organizations in the well-being of people. With their services, LYNK People helps individuals flourish, with a focus on ‘connection’. Connection for the individual, with each other, and with the organization. The goal is to help organizations and their people grow, create a pleasant working environment, making organizations future-proof.
Branding
LYNK stands for connection, connection with ‘people’. Because this is exactly where Yannick’s strength lies, connection! From this connection, LYNK People assists companies with the theme of happiness at work. Therefore, we chose the cheerful and uplifting color yellow as the foundation. We added tones of turquoise green and dark purple, referring to personal development and engagement.

The key values of the LYNK People logo:
Personal: LYNK adopts a tailored approach for each company, addressing the themes at play. Happiness at work: Happiness at work is LYNK’s expertise, making employees smile is the core. Connecting: The constant dialogue needed between the organization and its employees is key. Personal development: People are at the heart of every organization, LYNK helps them grow.
As a starting point, we built everything around the LYNK People logo around the words personal, happiness at work, connection, and personal development. This is the core of LYNK’s services, where we want to give visitors a vibe of happiness at a glance.
Website
The LYNK People website is a natural result of listening to Yannick’s wishes and the vibe he wants to convey. In the design, we used many happy people to give a vibe of the end result that LYNK People can bring about. We also tried to add many social proof elements around customer logos and reviews to give visitors immediate confidence in the value of LYNK.
Yannick’s happiness at work soared to great heights when he saw our website design for him.
